At that point, I had been working out for a couple years on my own but felt like I needed guidance from a professional to reach my goals. Since Kim and I have started working together, my strength has increased tremendously — I went from squatting 135 for 1 (barely!) to now being able to do 135 for sets of 10. I have learned so much about proper form & making the most of my workouts. I am SO glad that I joined the DSM crew because I honestly don’t think I would have been able to achieve what I have without her help!“

“I haven't done any type of work out in years until this past weekend. This class was great. It's good for starters and people that have been training for years . (you go at your own pace and chose your own weights) Jeremy did really good encouraging you to keep going and not letting u cut your self short. I recommend this class to anyone. If you don't like classes he offers one on one training as well.“
