“Kevin and Tamara are the bright spots of almost every single one of my mornings! This facility is always clean, and if a machine breaks, they usually have it repaired extremely quickly. I’ve noticed that a lot of Planet Fitness locations. It is extremely hard to find a worker most of the time, especially when you need to use one of the massage chairs or a red light therapy/tanning pod. That is not the case at this location. I have also had billing issues multiple times, and without question they always fix it right there on the spot. I have lived several different places, and this is far away the best Planet Fitness location in terms of staff that I have ever experienced. I regret having ever canceled my membership here, and will likely remain a Planet Fitness member as long as I am in Elizabethton!“
