I’ve had both a Thai massage and contrast therapy with TK training, and each experience has been so special in its own way. My Thai massage felt deeply peaceful and grounding — I could finally let go of control and all the endless to-dos running through my mind. There was such care and intention in every movement, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself. On another day, the contrast therapy was an amazing complement — refreshing, invigorating, and deeply cleansing. The balance of heat and cold helped me feel so alive and recharged. An immersive program that involves not just working out at the gym. Taylor, customizes each program into your personal preferences. Even her meal plan doesn’t force you to eat things you dislike. If you value accountability, honesty, and a trainer that is going to push you to be the best version of yourself. I highly recommend TK. She is a poster child for investing in yourself.
