“I contacted Last Call this morning (Saturday) because I was not getting any heat from my HVAC system. I got a call back right away and an appointment for the same day. The technician, Chris, was on time and went right to work to diagnose the problem. I really thought he was going to push me to replace my system since it is pretty old, but instead he said it was actually still in good shape. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He spent a fair amount of time ensuring everything was as good as possible. The final bill for the work was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling them back if I have other issues.“

“Is this the Neville Review page? Yes. I rent here in Roxboro in a nice brick duplex. My air-conditioner limped along all summer and I was happy to see it cool off so I could use the heating unit. Well, 3 nights ago it was in the 40's and no heat. So, my landlord sent over Neville Heating and they showed up in 2 swanky new vans wrapped in their company branding and calmly put in a new heating and cooling unit and new thermostat. They were very cordial, worked quietly and dressed in neat uniforms. They were under the house hooking up the ducts and wiring and by 6 pm, they had this beautiful new unit working and came in and asked me what temp I preferred. The guys told me they would be back to put in a newer, more suitable electric breaker box, which needed upgrading to handle the amp load. Several times, the office called me to update on any scheduling change. Right now this apt. is a perfect 72 degrees and I couldn't be happier with Neville Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you!“
