Shawn out of Lillington, NC came tonight, 12/30/2023 to Greensboro, NC to service my furnace. I was without heat since last night and he came around 7pm tonight after service hours to make sure that i had heat. He was kind and professional. I truly enjoyed him. ?S

Great company! I had them install a new Central HVAC at our rental property. Spencer oversaw the project from start to finish and kept an open communication with me throughout the process. Any concerns were address immediately. Will definitely use them again!

As of this morning, a Kemco representative has called me and remediated this cost issue. I'd like to post something on the quality of their work, but since I'll never use the outlet that needed to be installed for the city to pass the irrigation inspection, I can't vouch for their quality. I can only attest to the company's responsiveness in rectifying the cost disparity in addition to the politeness of the installer.Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation
