“Shout out to Eddie Liles, owner of Liles Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. for coming by on a Saturday to see if he could get us some heat. I called this morning expecting to get a call back on Monday. Our heat went out overnight (of course it waited until our temps are in the teens). The part may have to be ordered but he came by. That's what I call exceptional customer service.Small town living has it's advantages. ❤️Thankful for small business owners, a fireplace and an electric blanket.“

“He is very busy but going to work us in next week. We dont trust other places because they always want you to buy a nee unit. He told us last time we had a good unit its an Amana and he had no issues servicing it. We think its an 2005 bit accordi g to research it should last at.least 20 years.
