Reinhardt Heating and Air has served customers since 1985. The company offers HVAC installation, repair, and service. Technicians are timely and courteous. Communication is great from booking to arrival; a text is sent when the technician is 30 minutes away. Technicians perform complete service checks, cleaning of exterior units, and replace capacitors and fuses while explaining everything. They are friendly, professional, and polite. The company values customer relationships and is a quality smaller business. Customers recommend Reinhardt Heating and Air for HVAC needs and say they will return for future service. They are quick.
Dillion was great! Late call, took his time and found the problem: A/C ducting was leaking cold air into the attic. Repaired on the spot.
Problem: shoddy installation by another local HVAC company (BRS).
