Replace main board on dishwasher. This was the 2nd part that had to be replaced. Started the dishwasher with new part, but didn’t finish. Now need to have another service call and diagnose getting a 3rd part to fix. Dishwasher now broken for almost 3 weeks.
Andrew was awesome! The first technician who arrived could not diagnose the issue and ordered the wrong part. Andrew arrived for the second visit and came to the rescue and knew exactly what to do! Refrigerator was worked on. It started cooling temporarily. Then went to warm feeling. It seemed to try to cool, then stopped. I need a call back and to be rescheduled for a proper repair.
