Wow! Rashea is truly talented! I got the human hair knotless braids with Burmese kinky curly hair back in July. She told me how to care for my hair until my next visit. 6 weeks later, I came back and I LOVE this hairstyle. Its so versatile and manageable. Rashea gives you step by step instructions on how to care for your hair and even suggest products! If I had a question during that Six week period, she was there to walk me through it. Charlie is an amazing barber. My son and I have been with him for over 2 years now. He always does an amazing job and makes sure my son is happy when he leave. Great, friendly environment where everyone feels welcomed.
The barber there, Charles has been cutting my hair for 50 years. Going there and getting a shampoo and cut about every 3 or 4 months is I guess me getting pampered. But Charles massages your head and shoulders with a old as me massager that nearly puts me to sleep but is exhilarating at the same time.
I love going to the Deluxe Barber Shop because it's like being around family.Everyone is so friendly.My Barber moved away and my daughter introduced me to Travis.I have alopecia so it's hard to cut my hair.Certain places are thin some thick and some bald.Travis knows how to cut my hair so that the thick,thin and bald places even out.You can't even tell l'm bald in some places.He is the third barber that has ever cut my hair to suit me.Many have tried.There were times that l went home and cried after a cut because the barber didn't know how to cut my hair because of the alopecia.I'm happy that Travis knows how.Oh and if your day isn't going right by the time you get to talking and laughing with Travis everything's ok.I've left Deluxe Barber Shop lot's of times crying but it's because Travis and the clients that come in have such a crazy sense of humor.You should try going there That place is good for conversations, laughter and advice.I love it

I can't say enough great things about this place. Every one of the staff are very personable, kind and helpful. I spent many years and a lot of money going to Palm Beach Tan, and they can't hold a candle to this place. I would give them six stars if I were able. The beds here are just as good, the hours are way better and their customer service is second to none.
Great beds and updated bulbs, pricing is the best in all of Gastonia. Staff is nice and understanding of there equipment. Large selection of tanning lotions usually sale priced purchase a bottle or a single use package. My only inconvenience at this time is there hours are only from 12pm to 7pm Monday thru Friday and no weekends. My only day off from work is Thursday that coincides with these hours which hasn't allowed me to reach any type of tan yet but I still give 5 stars because it is now September and summer season is over.

I go there to get my lashes done the young lady there does a great job exactly how I want them done. I got my nails done there once by a older lady I don't know her name she was very nice but I wasn't happy with my nails how they turned out so I will just use this place to get my lashes.
Very nice staff. Nice conversation with my nail tech. I loved the pedicure!! Lately too many techs are too rough with massage but my tech was gently but used appropriate press for a massage. My nails came out beautiful and the nail tech was able to copy a picture a showed her. I gave gotten so many compliments!!!

I took my granddaughters to D'Carmen Salon, and after seeing how beautifully Carmen did their hair, I decided to give it a try myself. At first, I let Carmen dye my dreads, then eventually made the big chop. That’s when I knew I had found my go-to stylist. From that point on, no one else has touched this head! Carmen takes care of my hair with what I call her growing fingers. And Rosa? She washes my hair so well, I nearly fall asleep every time. These ladies are truly a dream team! Let me tell you, I had dreads for over 13 years. I cut them off and got a very short haircut at a different salon. After just four months, I was done. I couldn’t get an appointment, and the prices were outrageous. So, I came back to Carmen and Rosa, and within less than a year, my hair had already grown to shoulder length. It’s healthy, full, and growing strong, all thanks to their consistent care, skill, and love for what they do. I absolutely love these ladies. Absolutely talented stylist. First of all, she offers a neck and shoulder massage at the beginning of your hair cut (who does that?! Yes please!) and every haircut and style I’ve had with her is the best! Her studio is colorful and welcoming, she is so fun to talk to, and hands down the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. I’m also verryyy tender headed and would literally be in tears when other stylists would brush my hair :’) …Shannon is the only person I’ve found that can brush/comb my hair without pulling my hair uncomfortably. I mean come on guys it's old stank link everybody knows ain't the best and it ain't the worst I don't know who works there now but years ago it was decent so I'm sure it's the same. You should research your artist and be careful what you get tattooed on your body anyway but especially at this place... Over the years that had a couple of mishaps on tattoos of mine just be aware.

Had a pipe burst in the crawl space under the house while I was at my parents this Saturday evening (old corroded copper fitting). Went down the line of local plumbers none of whom were taking calls this late on a weekend day. Was about to give up and call Roto-Rooter when I noticed T Smith Plumbing Contracters so I gave them a shot. Not sure if the gentleman who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Saturday was Tony Smith himself but he was obviously busy with dinner with his family or friends and took my call anyway and set me up with his guy RJ. Less than 2 hours later my elderly parents had their water back on and at a ridiculously good price. Solid dudes, both of them. This is the 3rd fitting burst I've had in the past year and I'm super impressed with their service and am awaiting a quote to go ahead and replace the rest of the old equipment under the house. Thank you for taking the stress out of my evening even though you were busy enjoying yours. Will def be my 1st choice for plumbing issues going forward and recommending you to everyone I know. This dentist is fantastic! I've recently moved to Gastonia, and because of life stuff I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in about 18 months. I am very particular about who is sticking sharp objects in my mouth. After reading other reviews and seeing that they had been in business for almost 100 years, I figured I'd give it a try. Their appointment making process was easy. I am super impressed with the professionalism and the overall comfortable atmosphere of the office. My hygienist, Dawn, was lovely and compassionate. They didn't try to up sale me on night guards or ridicule my dental hygiene habits. They genuinely care about your oral health and suggest the best options so you can keep your chompers in the best condition. I currently am a cash patient, not having any insurance yet, and they worked with me to stay within the parameters of what would be affordable at the moment. I feel like I've won the dentist lotto!
Love Dr Bass & staff! Dr Bass is excellent in explaining what is happening with my teeth & what she plans to do about it. Her dog, Fender, is the icing on the cake ? He sat in my lap while I had a filling, per my request.

Unfortunately I was not numb at multiple times during my procedure. However doctor and hygienist were caring and compassionate, administering more numbing medication every time, even giving me 10 minutes to collect myself at one point due to the pain. The procedure took over 4 hours due to complications. This was by far the most painful experience in my life however everyone did everything they could every time the pain returned to make me comfortable. As much as I am dreading the pain I am looking forward to finishing the remaining procedures to regain my healthy smile.

my entire first chiropractic visit was amazing. from the moment I opened the door, I was greeted with smiling and helpful staff. I felt terrible when I arrived. neck and back pain and I have trauma from my past as well. All of that was released and more yesterday. I am astounded at the way I feel. I had no idea I was actually in a lot of pain because I was used to it. only did I realize this when it was all aligned and I all but skipped outta that place feeling like a million bucks. can't wait for my next appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Jason is the real deal. He has done an incredible job every visit so far. I was here recently seeing another chiropractor elsewhere before I heard about Dr. Jason, but ever since finishing up my first visit with him my back and neck has felt so much better. There was been a huge improvement! My neck feels back to normal and my back feels amazing! The pricing is great and he is primarily focused on the exact areas where the pain is coming from. As someone who is tough on there body I can say that Dr Thomas is very knowledgeable in his field and can explain to you what’s going on and the plan to fix it. I’ve been to other chiropractors and Physical therapists and he’s the only one to ever adjust my back AND help me strengthen the muscles around my spine to prevent future injuries. Not only is he intelligent in his field but professional, kind and really seems to care about people. His office staff are always smiling and seem really nice as well, it’s almost surreal. I have probably been there over 50 times or more over the course of several years and it’s always been like I mentioned, If I could give more stars I would. Thanks again Dr Thomas for correcting my problem and teaching me the exact exercises to stay in top shape.
I've been to many doctors, dentists, and chiropractors over the years and none have helped me as much as Dr. Taulman has. He straightened my hip, realigned my neck and spine so that I'm not in pain daily. He also helped me with my TMJ (jaw problem) where many dentists had failed. Kelly is terrific too! They really go out of their way to help. I'm glad I gave Dr. Taulman a try and highly recommend him.

My new, young rescue boy Finnegan is exceptionally fearful and reactive, yet during his recent visit, which included blood work and a vaccination, he became quite calm and even allowed an exam without complaint. Dr. Toner and her associates charmed him with their gentleness and relaxed manner. This is the right veterinarian practice for Finn, so it definitely is for me, as well.
The best staff, from the receptionists to the vet techs, to the veterinarians. They all truly care about their patients and their humans and provide outstanding care. We travel past multiple vet offices to come to Grace and will continue to!

very friendly staff and clean environment. pricing was upfront with no surprises even though this was an emergency visit it was under 350 for everything. they took us right in and took very good care of my cat tiger.
Staff and drs here are always very kind and helpful. I took in some strays this year and everyone at this clinic was happy to help give me all I needed to get them up to weight, flea free, and medicated for all the issues stray kittens come with. They also helped with my adult cats and didn’t shame me for my obese cat (though it was responsibly mentioned as he did need an X-ray and all that fat can get in the way lol). I’m fairly new to the area, so I’m happy to find a clinic that has staff that feels just as personable and invested in my pets as they did back in my small country hometown.
Took very good care of my elderly dog and when it was time to put him to rest they gave us privacy and allowed us to spend time with him. The vet was very supportive and loving.
Linda takes great care of our girl each time she’s in for grooming. Addie comes out looking beautiful every time.

Cora at Massage Envy in Gastonia is the best massage therapist! I love that she listens to the issues I have (sciatica issues and neck pain) and fine tunes her technique to my needs. The x-ray attached is my neck after a 7 level cervical fusion 5/2020. The recovery has been slow and beyond painful. After a second round of physical therapy the first of this year, I started seeing Vikki due to chronic pain and numbness in my right shoulder, arm and various other issues. I began seeing Vikki in March and continue weekly sessions. She's a miracle worker. While my most recent round of physical therapy brought me a long way, Vikki has brought me even further. She's also been working on old injuries and old surgeries. I'm finally (after over 2 years) starting to feel like I'm getting my life back. Needless to say, I highly recommend her. A true professional!
