I had a fantastic experience with my salesman Lloyd. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I didn't complete the deal but I still haven't had my floor fixed either. I may still go with Empire. I just haven't made a definitive decision yet.
Our salesman Brion was courteous and very helpful. He showed us many samples and even showed us options that would go great with our wall color, fireplace, etc. He also explained several financing options. It was definitely a positive experience. ?
We've used Empire Today twice now for carpet installation. Brion helped us both times to select carpet and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installers both times were on time and very quick with installation. Both jobs were done neatly and professionally and the carpet looks great.
