The people are very sweet and treat you like a friend, exchange fun conversations, and are professionals in every task with care and giving you your best value. The hair dresser Taylor, the first time I got highlights there is very patient as I asked questions here and there on the highlights I was getting, addressing each one with some detail, an example or two, and seeming to sometimes check my facial expressions or hint at checking if I understood what she said.
