I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

“Happy to have found Karen and her team after moving to Raleigh. I have been brining my full-size Australian Shephard to rover for grooming for about a year. He is a senior dog (13), who typically hates the groomer. Rover is gentle with him and he looks extra handsome at pick-up. This pet spa does have posted rules around drop-off and pick-up, but they are reasonable based on amount of staff I see at the shop. I have not had issues with drop-off or pick-up. Price varies based on time of year/ coat length. Good quality grooming service.“
