“I brought my Norwegian Forest cat, Misha, to Ashley for a grooming. Misha had some terrible mats. (She gets them every spring - shedding season.). Although she was busy, Ashley fit us into her schedule for the following day after my phone call. Ashley was very attentive to my concerns, and above all was very caring and gentle with my cat. Knowing cats well, she did not over-groom to the point of stressing out Misha. It was easy to tell that Ashley loves her work, loves animals and is very sensitive to their needs.”
