Logan did a fantastic job with our wire fox terrier Jackie. It’s a complicated cut. She also suggested we immediately take our dog to the vet because she could tell that it was likely she had a double ear infection. We immediately took her to the vet and yup she had a double ear infection. Thank you for looking out for our little baby Jackie. Logan we look forward to our next cut in February!
Happy to have found Karen and her team after moving to Raleigh. I have been brining my full-size Australian Shephard to rover for grooming for about a year. He is a senior dog (13), who typically hates the groomer. Rover is gentle with him and he looks extra handsome at pick-up. This pet spa does have posted rules around drop-off and pick-up, but they are reasonable based on amount of staff I see at the shop. I have not had issues with drop-off or pick-up. Price varies based on time of year/ coat length. Good quality grooming service.
This place has been a lifesaver! We adopted this doodle at 5 years old. Coming from a very unstable environment, Baymax has a lot of anxiety. This place has treated him with kindness and respect. The owner is amazing to talk with. We have been going here for almost 2 years now, and I am so grateful to have a place where I know my boy is well taken care of. He always looks so handsome. They are well priced, and we are very happy customers. Thank you, Karen, for loving on our big boy!
