Garner VA Clinic offers a really good experience with great customer service. The whole staff, including the doctors, are friendly, welcoming, and professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, organized, modern, clean, and well equipped with a multitude of outpatient care services including Urgent Care. The clinic features lots of available safe and secure parking, large waiting areas with comfortable and scenic seating. Wait times are always short, often less than 10 minutes, and the staff is very efficient and flowing. Veterans feel appreciated for their time served and are in good hands. Services and staff are great. One suggestion is to find a better way to obtain the veteran's full ssn, as stating it poses a safety risk; sticking to only the last 4 digits is recommended. Overall, it is a no brainer for health service.
So far so good! I was transferring care after moving. The process was so easy because the staff at the Garner VA registration and enrollments section are really good at what they do! Thank you.
This va clinic is awesome. Everything from the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the receptionist, the lab technicians, the nurses and the doctors. I love going to my appointments at the Garner VA.
If you've ever visited the Raleigh 1, 2 or 3 clinics before they closed, the very 1st thing you'll notice as you drive up to the building can be described with one word - CLEAN. 🤩 The parking garage is clean and the parking lot is clean. Once you enter- CLEAN. I promise you that any time of the day that you visit the bathroom, it looks totally brand new.
There are no crowds waiting to be seen by a provider, which is perfect, because some people can get anxious being surrounded by a large groups waiting to be seen.
Everyone may not be super talkative, but literally no one has ever been rude or unkind, and I appreciate their professionalism.
