Tech took a few days to come out but was very professional, ordered the part and came back in once part arrived and fixed the dishwasher for free under warranty at no cost. I had to put in a credit application to be prioritized over COD calls which didn't make sense but other than that, great experience.“

Each time, they have diagnosed the issue and made the repair just as they said. This last time I called was for my mom's washer and dryer. Both of them were purchase 20+ years ago. The problems were diagnosed and both needed parts ordered. The washer was repaired within a week, but the dryer part took several weeks, probably due to covid-19 delays.
