“Technician did a thorough job diagnosing the issue> I took longer than I anticipated, but they did provide answers for us. I think the trip charges, even though they were expalined to us up front and we agred to them, were exhorbanant. Paying travel time plus mileage plus gas seems to be overdoing it. However, for some makes you have no choice. They would be my last call if I had other options to try.“

Tech took a few days to come out but was very professional, ordered the part and came back in once part arrived and fixed the dishwasher for free under warranty at no cost. The problems were diagnosed and both needed parts ordered. The washer was repaired within a week, but the dryer part took several weeks, probably due to covid-19 delays.
