“I called Mike yesterday and he came out the next day. Extremely professional and caring individual. He assessed it the situation quickly and found out that our washer’s suspensions were very worn. He went to go get the part and came back and fixed it within 30 minutes. He knew all the tips and tricks! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!“

I think the trip charges, even though they were expalined to us up front and we agred to them, were exhorbanant. Paying travel time plus mileage plus gas seems to be overdoing it. However, for some makes you have no choice. They would be my last call if I had other options to try.“

Each time, they have diagnosed the issue and made the repair just as they said. This last time I called was for my mom's washer and dryer. Both of them were purchase 20+ years ago. The problems were diagnosed and both needed parts ordered. The washer was repaired within a week, but the dryer part took several weeks, probably due to covid-19 delays. Outside of the delayed part, I have been pleased with their work, timeliness, and price.“
