I was very impressed with Q Repair Appliance Service. I have a cook top stove with a warning light that would not go out. I thought it was just a bulb that needed replacing. I googled appliance repairmen and Q Repair came up with great reviews. I called and explained what was happening and he told me it was not a bulb that needed replacing. He promptly scheduled me, explained his service fees, diagnosed the problem and got it repaired. Also he was very courteous. I would highly recommend him.
Q is awesome, even on a Saturday - he was right there with a quick text chat (while he was on a service call) to tell me where to buy parts from and troubleshoot a drain pump issue on my LG Front Load. Call this guy first if you want to DIY or for something you cannot do yourself!
Q promptly responded when I reached out to him and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. He is very professional in his work and knowledgeable in what he does. I will definitely use his company in the future when the need arises and highly recommend him to friends.
