“I experienced a sudden and critical issue with my washer leaking because not only do I have my own laundry to do, but I also do the laundry for my mom who is in skilled nursing with advanced dementia (she has a severe phobia about people taking her clothes). My husband and I tried our best to repair the leak, but were unsuccessful. I worked closely with Brandon at F & H to get the necessary part ordered overnight and he was extremely patient, understanding, professional and very kind to me, even though I called him quite a few times about this because my mom was running out of clothes. Then I was able to work with Thomas, the technician, who was also very kind, professional and knowledgeable on the repair portion of what I was in desperate need of. He was very patient and answered all of my questions since washer repair is nowhere in my skill set. ? Because of his amount of experience with washer repair, he was in and out in no time and left me with ZERO LEAKS. What a pleasure it was to work with these gentlemen. To say that they went the extra mile is a gross understatement...they went the EXTRA TEN MILES to help me get this quickly resolved.
