Fermin refinished the 25-year old hardwood in the third of our house that had it, then laid new wood to replace all adjacent carpet. The result is seamless! Which must have been difficult, because the old wood was both stained and V-notched. When he saw how the notched wood would look against the new wood, he voluntarily filled all the little notches along the length of the old boards--on about 1200 square feet--to create a smooth, flawless surface throughout the house. We've never met anyone with such high commitment to the quality of his work.“
