Maybe not cheap (who is?) but, Dan and crew responded promptly and pleasantly to our needs, got our issue diagnosed and resolved, and made sure we wouldn't have the same issue in the future. The crew was extremely competent and was very concerned about avoiding messes. Nice job, thanks!
We've dealt with Rapid Rooter for years and will go to no one else for our plumbing needs. I love the owner for his promptness in getting back to us in our times of need. Every time.
Even the time I pocket-dialed him he answered and was willing to get out to us ASAP, whatever our needs. Yes we have them on speed dial. I have had toddlers clog our comodes so many times.
We love them so very much. God bless these men for their hearts and hard work they display in the field.
Outstanding……and thank you. First, thank you Tim Bates of Bates Septic Service for recommending Dan at Rapid Rooter. And Dan, thank you so much for sending Dale and Justin and the rest of your crew. They quickly identified the problem and within one day solved the problem. This has been a long and unpleasant headache for us. After so many others took advantage of us…..you guys are the real deal. Thank you so very much…….
