We had to use Roto Rooter on two separate occasions in past year. First for a sewer issue. Second for an unexpected pipe burst (cold weather). Both times they were able to fit us in and conduct business in a timely manner. We believe their prices were fair as well. Front office was great and Shaun who conducted work was very professional. We are so happy we found them in the franklin nc area!
Got an appointment in a very reasonable time. Nick showed up exactly on time. My problem was kind of complicated but he and his partner, Chris stayed with it and got it fixed! This has been an ongoing problem and other plumbers in the past have been unable to solve it. Very appreciative!
Roto-Rooter came right on time and found a slow leak aty place. The plumber was thorough. He did not assume there was only one leak. Not only was he professional but personable too.The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
