“All Service installed a mini split and replaced a dual source heat pump in early July. The mini spit is fine. The heat pump is yet to work properly. At first the cooling system would not turn on. After days of no response to my calls, a tech was dispatched after directly calling the owner. The tech got the system to cool but the fan runs 24/7 unless I turn off the entire system from the panel. After waiting a week for a second tech to diagnose the fan issue I am still waiting. So over a month after my install I still do not have a working system. All Service is No Service.

Edit: All Service stepped up and beyond and removed a part from an inventory unit instead of waiting for Bosch. Unfortunately the replacement still did not fix the unit and the owner came out to the house to personally inform me they were replacing the unit with a more expensive Trane at no additional charge. All Service is all service after all.“
