Bryson showed up on time and made sure the problem was fixed, was professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy to support a local, small town company and feel confident I can depend on Carters Hearing and Cooling for all of my heating and cooling issues.
Bryson is the best we called him 2 days before the 4th of July at 8am he actually responded within 10 minutes was going to be the next day than he calls back with a cancelation and comes that same day got our minisplit up and running in 100 degree temps . We kept getting turned down by other companies they just wanted to tell us how far behind they were so give him a call
10/10 service! Very friendly and very fast!! Called all big name heating and air places with and emergency and no help. Carter heating and cooling was here in 15 minutes and had our unit fixed in 15! Will definitely use again for future service!!
