This is the second time we’ve used Prichard, Heating & Air. Jackie the office manager is outstanding and did a great job getting us on the schedule.She’s also good with following up on the warranty. The installers did a bang-up job as well. We highly recommend them.

I built my house in 1992 and installed (2) Rudd units. The downstairs unit was one of their highest efficiency units they offered at the time, We had problem after problem with it. my original dealer quit responding. I found another dealer in Shelby that gave up on me. I complained to Rudd and they sent a Factory guy out a few times. No one could make this system work correctly. A good Friend recommended Mike Pritchard. Mike came over and asked to look the whole system over. after about an hour Mike said I've found the problem. Original Dealer installed an Incorrect A Coil. We called Pritchard to come out and they came so fast. The two young men that they sent were very nice and professional. They looked at everything and the job they done was fantastic. I will always use Pritchard for my heating and cooling needs for now on. Can’t recommend them enough. Five stars all the way!Service: HVAC system repair
