i have never dealt with any one like this before i had to have a new heat pump put in i paid a service call on the old one thats when they told me i need a new one after i paid for a service call but told me they would return that to me since i am buying one that was 30 days ago after many calls to them and the run around they have give me i still have not received my money back i have lost all respect in them so watch out who you do business with p.s my bank told me it dont take more then 5 r 6 days

This company does not care about their customers. Our church used them to replace a HVAC unit. They left a hole in the roof around where the equipment came in. They didn't fully insulate a duck causing condensation to leak into our choir area. They had to come out to resecure the lines to the building that came loose right after the install. All of this was within the first year. 14 months after the install the defrost bored is bad and they want over $600 to replace even after all of the other issues. Only use if you want bad service and to expect issues.

came out Last Friday gave diagnostic and said will order parts to replace. This is Friday (7 days later) and I have called 3 times yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention, all staffs are working in 95 degrees heat!!! Finally one of staff told me parts are here yet it wasn't. I have used this company for past 10 years, business and personal but you have just lost my business!!
