I have been seeing Dr.McDowell for a month now. I was in a car wreck recently, but I have been living with neck, shoulder, and back pain for many years. I feel like a brand new person!!!!!! My headaches are gone, my pain has decreased significantly, and I am living a much more enjoyable life now.
The patient care is outstanding! Dr. McDowell and Yolanda go out of their way to make each patient feel comfortable and heard. I go by my middle name, but paperwork has my first name, so all of the places I get medical care at call me Mary.;(Even when I tell them I go by Blair). I mentioned this to Dr.McDowell when I met him. He has never called me Mary and addresses me by Blair. This may seem like a minor detail, but these little things are what makes the patient care here top notch! Some places make you feel like just another patient, but here you feel like a person who is cared about. I am asked about how I am feeling and if I have questions or concerns each visit. Dr. McDowell explains to me (he has a life size skeleton that he uses to show what is happening in the body) in detail what I'm dealing with and asks me if I have any questions each time I see him.
