Grand Rising! My visit at 4140 suite 601 with Dr Ejhe and her wonderful staff was very hospitable and the office staff went the extra mile to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Dr Ejeh herself as with previous visits was informative and caring. Her demeanor was one that exuded that she knew what she was discussing and she was there to assist me. I appreciated Dr Ejeh and her staff.
THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. I DIDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME & WAS IN & OUT TIMELY. THE STAFF PEOPLE I WAS IN CONTACT WITH WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS & HAD ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS.
I had a wonderful experience with my anesthesiologist, my surgery was very successful except the person who performed my surgery had began to act very weird, not returning my messages when I asked questions regarding the after care and pain after my surgery. I felt like that was very unprofessional and very unacceptable. No apology was ever issued, No nothing. Management apologized on that surgeons behalf, I still feel like that’s very sad.
