Dr. Desai and his staff are friendly and efficient. They usually get me in and out quickly. I have been going for over 6 months now. One time they were backed up and I had to wait, but twice they got me in and out early. I rarely have to wait more than a day to get an appointment if I am in a hurry. They do prefer I call the office rather than messaging through the website which is a mild inconvenience.The only thing negative I can say is Dr. Desai wants me to see a different specialist for everything. Even to get some of my prescriptions refilled. For new/undiagnosed issue, I understand, but for ongoing maintenance, I can't afford that many specialists so hopefully nothing...read full review

I appreciate that Dr. Desai is quick and efficient during appointments so I can get in and out quickly, but always takes the time to talk when I have a concern. His staff is also very polite and eager to help. Dr. Desai has been our primary care physician for three generations.

Best ever LAB technician, for 15 plus years I've been here, most smooth needle work EVER! Dr. DESAI is very attentive too. I am very pleased he is there. Thank you for being there.
