I scheduled the appointment Online and was promptly called in by the nurse after I registered. Dr. Okonkwo came in soon and she was quite pleasant and professional. She listened attentively as I described my problem, examined me and explained the referral she would make. I was very pleased with the whole process.
Dr. Okonkwo reviewed prior year's test results with me. She took the time to explain codes that were foreign to me. I left the appointment felling that she did see me. I am more than the data that's in the CFV MC's database. I highly value the personal attention Dr. Okonkwo provided.
