Talking with Alan I felt his honesty and felt I would be pleased with his work. And I was. His phone isn’t always answered when you call and his voicemail isn’t set up so you need to call till he answers then tell how soon you’ll be there before you leave for he is in and out of his shop.

Fantastic....!!! Could not be happier...!!! Thank you for a positive experience...! We brought a pair of men's size 14 Danpost cowboy boots in to have new soles put on them. The work and service was professional, and top notch...! The owner recommended we consider a rubber sole and we are sooo glad we went with his recommendation. He took excellent care of us. If you are in a hurry, don't be. His work is worth waiting on. The boots, heels and soles, looked better than new when we got them back. Based on our positive experience, we will definitely be back. In the meantime, I highly recommend.

Great job, Allen! My UGG boots look almost brand new! Repairing the heels was fantastic. The work spent on tidying up the faux leather around the heel ends because the rubber heels had fallen off blew me away. Job well done!! ? Excellent job on friend's patch to his boot from the rebarr. We're thinking he should have had a patch put on the other boot, too, for a matching pair, lol ?
