Is there such a thing as a Thanksgiving miracle? If so, his name is Ron. During a rainstorm while we were out of town our house sitters realized there was water leaking from a recessed light… turns out a massive branch punctured our roof the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Ron quickly came to the rescue. He was super communicative, friendly, and professional. I was frantic, but he was so reassuring and “can-do” that my nerves were quickly set at ease. He was able to send someone over the very next morning and they did an AMAZING job! I am extremely please with the work they did replacing my roof. It looks superb. They had sufficient number of employees and properly supervised at all times. The roof was completed in two days (it is a very large roof). They also did a great job cleaning up the debris and hauling it away. I highly recommend American Craftsmen.

Excellent workmanship and excellent quality I have come to expect from American Craftsmen of NC. Had a couple of rotten window sills, noses and brick molding replaced with PVC. Transition board from screen in back porch roof to primary roof replaced with PVC and guttering extended from upper roof to lower screen-in roof draining into existing down spout. All work was completed including caulking, painting and debris removal in a day as promised. Thank you.
