Little Corner built a beautiful custom screen porch for us a couple of years ago. Not only did we feel good about hiring a co-op, but their prices beat the bigger companies from which we sought bids, and they were great at communicating and customizing every detail of the porch. They did high quality work and we would hire them again.

Little Corner completed a large porch/sunroom addition at our home in Solterra, featuring an Endless Pool. They also added a tiled, accessible walk-in shower in our primary bathroom and completely renovated the second floor of our home to create a secondary living space.

Despite the complexity of the project, which included a year-round screen porch that can be enclosed for winter and a custom pool with a treadmill and swim current, they handled every detail with precision, excellent communication, and a pleasant demeanor. Little Corner replaced a few large sections of masonite siding on my house with Hardie board. They also fixed some rotted soffit / fascia boards. And installed new gutters. As part of their bid, Neil took the time to explain their install practices for the Hardie board, including what things they do carefully that other contractors might leave out. This was not a "sales pitch" type presentation, but just full of useful information about how stuff gets installed.If you get a quote from Little Corner and it's more comprehensive than another quote, let them explain why.
