Overall, I am satisfied with selecting Erie to install my new roof. Erie's process of involving all individuals with a vested interest in the property was something that I appreciated and at no point did we feel pressured to make a decision before any sale could be lost and Erie seemed to actually care about their customer's outcome. The roof inspection that Erie performed was thorough and identified actual structural performance issues that others missed. Following the sales pitch, I was educated enough on their products to give a detailed explanation to my co-workers and friends about what Erie was about to install. Showed up at scheduled time,started working quickly. The foreman was always watching and keeping everything running smoothly,the crew were courteous and hard working, good to see a company that has good employees. When they were done with the job the yard was cleaner than when they started. Overall a very good experience, would definitely use again and recommend.Services: Gutter repairs
