Unprofessional, rude and not thorough with inspection. Floor pops multiple places and We are seeing big gaps on floor level (up to 0.5 inch with 4 feet floor level) and they claim as tolerance and didn’t even measure with scale or insert any object in gaps. Though slope is visible with naked eye they easily lie it’s all good.

Terrible customer service. A dozen emails, Five attempts at chatting, left messages on phone, one response about my address. That was 6 months ago. Completely unprofessional!! Do not use this company for anything!!

Interior Logic Group were the floor contractors for my neighborhood. During my warranty period they were instructed to fix my floor because it had a noticeable hole in the board. They replaced it but did not install it correctly. They won't even consider coming back to fix the board that they glued down instead of installing it properly. I would not recommend this business.
