“Absolutely fantastic flooring company to work with. No one wants to endure the construction zone of having floors redone, but LP made it SO much smoother. They were quick to respond, available, answered questions, went with the flow when we changed our minds on things, and communicated so well. They allowed us to borrow multiple samples so that we could see options within our home. They were up front about any costs associated with the project and were flexible with our install time- we expected to wait for weeks or months but they were actually available sooner than WE were. The instillation crew were incredibly courteous and cleaned all construction dust as they went along. The people who touched up the paint on our baseboards were likewise quick, friendly, and considerate that they were working in someone’s home. Everyone we interacted with throughout the whole process was helpful and kind. Can’t recommend this company enough.“
