I’m keeping one star ONLY bc the facility itself is a bit on the small side. So, when there are multiple patients the space feels crowded. I think maybe the space could be improved by a “please wait here” sign before approaching the desk. And then also making the “waiting area” more noticeable and inviting so it’s more accessible...read full review
