I had such a great experience at Precision Eye Care in Concord! The guy at the front desk was super helpful and even helped me get my insurance information so I knew exactly what my coverage was. Jaquayle was awesome too! He helped me pick out my frames, measured everything carefully, and made sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was so nice and made the whole experience really easy. When I picked up my glasses, I was so happy with everything that I actually asked him for a hug 😂 That should tell you how great the experience was! Definitely recommend Precision Eye Care

Good experience but upon picking up my glasses it felt rushed and like there was limited interest in checking the fit and alignment on my face. I've had more positive experiences at other providers. Still overall a good experience.

Me and my Partner came to this establishment and from the selection of glasses, layout of the store and the staff everything worked fast, smoothly, deals were to the point and great price. We got two glasses for 99 with polycarbonate built in so it’s impact resistant. I thought there selection was better than most other places I’ve been too. I recommend anyone to come here for sure.
