The Target Optical on Bayfield Parkway in Concord, NC is outstanding! We have visited on multiple occasions and our experience has always been great. All of the employees we have encountered have been patient, helpful and friendly. We will not consider going to any other optical store because of the consistently outstanding service provided at this location.
Been coming to this location for about 6 years and they do turnover a lot so I dont sometimes get the same Dr. BUT, the last doctor I saw was great. Holy forking shirt balls, I had no idea I could get a separate prescription for just when I use the computer versus getting progressives. So, the doctor wrote a custom one just for that... and where has this been the past 5 years!!! Nope, can't see 10 feet away but I can see the computer CLEAR AS DAY and don't have to move my head at all. Yeah, kind weird to have 2 pairs of glasses, but this is fantastic. Shout out to the location!
I stopped by to have the nose pads replaced on my glasses that I purchased from my Doctor. I was greeted very politely and the technician replaced them within minutes. She even cleaned my lens before handing them back to me. The added bonus was there was no charge for her services. I really appreciate the friendly and professional service I received. Thank you Target Optical Services.
