We had a minor misunderstanding about what was supposed to be replaced and the company stepped up and absorbed the extra cost and made us a customer for life. “Beau Martin, of Skywalker Roofing company, was in my neighborhood, doing a roof inspection on a neighbor’s house. I asked him to look at mine if he had a chance. He did! My roof is 20 yrs old, shockingly, he said it look fine, and recommended no repairs or re-roofing the house. He did show me some damage/wear around the fire place flashing.
