We had a minor misunderstanding about what was supposed to be replaced and the company stepped up and absorbed the extra cost and made us a customer for life. “Beau Martin, of Skywalker Roofing company, was in my neighborhood, doing a roof inspection on a neighbor’s house. I asked him to look at mine if he had a chance. He did! My roof is 20 yrs old, shockingly, he said it look fine, and recommended no repairs or re-roofing the house. He did show me some damage/wear around the fire place flashing. He gave me a quote for that, and I asked for an estimate for a fireplace cap! I liked the estimate. They completed the job a couple of weeks ago, and we are tickled pink! “Great quality was done on my roof to fix leaks due to a previous installation of a satellite dish that was not sealed properly. I had the roof redone some 8 years ago after storm damage but they did not sealed thoroughly as some areas wore off and nails rusted out. Additionally, shingles had come loose. Billy Williamson runs a great business and the roofer Turicio is a true pro. I couldn't ask for a better job.“
