“I had my first session on Tuesday 2/17. I did the "Hot 26" and even though I am a complete novice at yoga, my fears were quickly put to rest. The class was challenging but not impossible. The pace was appropriate and Hilary the yogi was awesome. 10/10“

Having been the beneficiary of myofascial release therapy from at least four different therapists there, everyone is truly top-notch, so they must have a great vetting system to ensure high quality. April at the front desk is so courteous and highly responsive. It's a pleasure to do business with the Roper team. Highly recommend!“

125 Winona St, Charlotte“For the past 4.5 years, Arrichion has been the equalizer for my health. As a highly active and adventurous soul, I have relied on Arrichion, especially the hot yoga to mitigate injury and keep me in tip top shape to conquer life adventures. Most recently, I tackled Mount Kilimanjaro and I can state with no hesitation that the secret ingredient during my preparation was the intense hot yoga sessions. I had an edge when it came to managing breath work and relying on my cardiovascular to embrace and enjoy the experience with minimal suffering. Many thanks Arrichion!“
“As a dedicated patient of Thrive, I highly recommend the wellness center because the staff and doctors are amazing. your wellness is their primary concern! Dr. Palermo is knowledgeable, personable and attentive; she listens and provides detailed options about any of my concerns. She is truly my blessing! All service that I received from Thrive has been amazing. You will truly enjoy the massage and esthetician services as well. All staff that I have interacted with are personable, knowledgeable as well as professional. I highly recommend Thrive for any of your healthcare needs. Thank you for all my amazing healthcare. Thrive is my preferred wellness center!“

1730 E Woodlawn Rd Ste E, Charlotte“Since moving to Charlotte about a year ago, I have tried many yoga studios in order to find my home studio. In my opinion, Charlotte Yoga is the best yoga studio in Charlotte and has become a home to me. There is a great variety of classes and the staff and instructors are so warm and welcoming! Come join us!“
“Okra yoga is my favorite yoga studio in the Noda area of Charlotte so far and one of my favorites in the wider Charlotte metro. I am very grateful for the variety of classes they offer, especially the number of slower and unheated classes. Most of the classes emphasize the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, not just the physical, which is one of the most important aspects of yoga, imo.I left off a single star simply because classes that are named exactly the same can be very different depending on the instructor teaching them. I would prefer if I could rely on having a *relatively* consistent experience in terms of speed and intensity. For example, if I show up to a deep stretch class, I find it a bit frustrating if that class is actually being taught as a restorative class instead. Or if I show up to a class that describes itself as a slow or relaxed pace, but half of the class is taught at the same speed as a typical vinyasa class, this is also frustrating. I sign up for classes based on what my body needs that day, and it's frustrating when the experience differs so dramatically from the description. I would've signed up for something else instead.“

8230 Poplar Tent Rd #104, Concord“I’ve done hot yoga all over, but CFYC was next level. The room is small enough to trap the heat and humidity so you really get that sweat you come for. They have great showers with soaps, shampoos, and lotion…and towels! The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back soon.“

358 Angier Ave NE, Atlanta“Christopher was such a professional, kind, and informative message therapist. If he was not moving to New Orleans, I would most definitely have a standing appointment with his services. I thoroughly enjoyed the 60 minute Deep Tissue massage, and he made sure to work all the tension out. The feedback he gave me after my service was very helpful. If you are working out, or body building, he has great advise to become more flexible and target specific muscle groups. Keep up the good work, Christopher. If I am ever in New Orleans, I will be contacting you. Be safe and I hope all your business goals are just as successful as you were here in Atlanta.“

After 18 years though they did get streched out, but that is normal wear. I highly recommend these. Don't buy any knock offs.

10822 Providence Rd #800, Charlotte“I have been doing Pilates for 7 years and it has transformed my mindset for body strength. Each and every class is different and engages the core in different ways. Every instructor I have taken classes from brings solid expertise and body awareness to teach us PROPER movement to give us the best strength through movement plus protecting us from moving incorrectly preventing injuries. I highly recommend Michelle who actually teaches the Masters Classes - she is patient, knows the technical aspect, and as a student of Pilates I want to move through each series with precision so I get the mind-body connection needed for strength, growth and physical fitness. There is not one instructor I would not take a class from here at South Providence or Strawberry Hill- these instructors are some of the best in the business!!“

901 Central Ave, Charlotte“I love this yoga studio! I have been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved to Charlotte, and it is the only yoga studio I go to. The teachers are fantastic! I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and I'm so glad they offer "non hot" yoga, since it seems like every other studio in town typically just offers hot yoga! Sad that I won't be able to go anymore after moving to Philadelphia in a month, but glad I found this place and got to enjoy it for a while!!“

801 Baxter St UNIT 410, Charlotte“I found Advanced Therapeutics when I was searching for pain relief massage. Jeff is absolutely wonderful. His knowledge of anatomy and function makes the massage very productive. He finds the root cause of the pain that radiates where I feel it. I feel so much better after the massage. I decided to try yoga with Theresa. I've done yoga in the past but always in classes. The time and attention she gives in one on one yoga is amazing. She addresses issues that I didn't even know I had. She is always making sure that I don't get hurt and still get a great workout. I have massages from Theresa where she learns more about my body to make yoga more effective and makes me feel great. It is always soothing and relaxing. She has a great touch. Both Jeff and Theresa are great people and dedicated to their craft and clients. I always look forward to our sessions.“
