Took my cat to the vet for the first time. She was calm and completely at ease with the doctor and nurse. They were beyond calm and careful with her, and clear on how to take care of any issues she had.
Fantastic vet services! We found Carmel Road shortly after moving to Charlotte on Christmas Eve in 2022. My dog had a ruptured anal gland and they were able to get us in that morning and get everything right. Since then we have continued going back and just think they are the best. The vet tech/office manager (I think?), Mariah, is absolutely the best and has gone above and beyond for my babies at every chance. You’d be hard pressed to find a better vet.
Moved to Charlotte recently and feel lucky to have found this place. Everyone makes you feel welcome and can tell they care about your fur babies. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind.
