“The work on my house blossomed into more work for Darrell so much that he had to go to other jobs and come back to finish them! I added the shed & deck to the original job. First he power washed and checked for irregularities in the structures and wood. We had quite a few boards that got spackled and a lot of the soffit under the gutters were rotten through. Once the bases were repaired to his satisfaction, the exterior color and trim were applied in a flash! The shed was stained and the deck got new boards and a fresh coat of deck saver. I feel my house is "show ready" and I thank the Cohns for all their hard work.“

During a rainstorm while we were out of town our house sitters realized there was water leaking from a recessed light… turns out a massive branch punctured our roof the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Ron quickly came to the rescue. He was super communicative, friendly, and professional. I was frantic, but he was so reassuring and “can-do” that my nerves were quickly set at ease. He was able to send someone over the very next morning and they did an AMAZING job! The repair looks perfect… the plank they replaced has a seamlessly tight fit and the shingles look like nothing ever happened.
