“Fantastic pilates studio with well-trained, personable instructors and great equipment. Workouts are varied and personalized so you get to try different movements, equipment, and "accessories". NOT a "club" environment but a professional, challenging workout. I have numerous joint issues and Kellie is masterful at adapting moves and exercises to fit my needs. I have been going for over 8 years and it has made my pain and surgical recoveries much less problematic. At age 69 I feel strong and confident thanks to Kellie and her wonderful staff!“
