Our experience with Preferred Care at Home Cary was excellent! We needed 24/7 care for my 95 year old grandmother after she had surgery. Alejandra was so responsive and wonderful to work with. She came with each caregiver on their first visit to make sure everything was ok. She was so kind to walk me through the process of setting up care and answer any questions I had. We were thrilled with the care provided by Anabelle, Angela and Carolene. They were so kind, caring, punctual and attentive to my grandmother's needs. Preferred Care at Home of Cary has an excellent team of nurse aides for the elderly. They were on time and attentive to my father's needs. He enjoyed their conversation and looked forward to their visits. These nurse aides were excellent at keeping him clean and safe.
Preferred Care at Home has been wonderful to work with. They are always there to help, and always have an open line of communication.
