“I am not sure I can even express in a review how great the Clayton office of Nurse Next Door has been for our family and my parents. We started with them last July for a few times a week care, then beginning in Jan had to go to emergency 24/7 care and have continued 24/7 care since then. Not only were they on the ball with getting folks rotating through with short notice when we needed them 24/7 last minute, they were also so understanding and helpful to me as I navigated it all. Not to mention, that EVERY. SINGLE. caregiver was awesome, attentive, and wonderful with my parents. Each caregiver that has come through the door has taken the time to get to know my parents and their needs. They have asked questions to better learn their schedules and preferences. Honestly I am not sure how its possible, except its clear to me that of the caregivers we have had, we have gotten the cream of the crop and even the fill-ins and new folks, its not just the ones we see all the time, its every single caregiver we encounter. Each of the caregivers show great compassion, skill, and above all personal and genuine care for my folks. The NND office has been on top of every thing and communicates clearly with us every time we have questions or updates. Whenever I call or text the office I receive a response within minutes. I have never felt concerned about the care my folks are getting every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nurse Next Door, Clayton office if you need care for yourself or your parents or a loved one!”
