I am a local hospital case manager and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Tinsley with a shared patient. Ms. Tinsley is not only professional and kind but punctual and responsive. I have worked in communicating with other aide agencies over the past 9 years and no one has been as easy to work with as Ms. Tinsley. I feel lucky to have been able to work alongside her and truly trust her to care for my patients!

We use have been clients for a few months. My mom has been diagnosed w Lewy body dementia and so far still maintains living alone using this service. The aides help mom in so many ways every day helping do her laundry, preparing meals, talking to her and doing things throughout the daily visits helping her maintain some independence. Living alone is very lonely and daily visits give mom some independence and friendship. My mom had some off days due to her dementia and everything is handled professionally. My mom has been involved in home health care for about 10 years. Cassie has taken the most interest of all to provide a variety of needs as her health is wilting. She really cares about the welfare of her clients.
