I corresponded with Mark and Linda, both were friendly. I appreciated that Mark gave me accurate quote ranges and took the time to try and explain what the plumbing issues could be and how the price range could slide once they were actually on site to diagnose/fix.
Michael came out and was friendly and fixed the issues quickly, I also appreciated that he allowed me to watch how some of the fixes were performed so I could learn the general process better. Overall, I will definitely give Carrboro Plumbing another call when needed.
