“Phenomenal small town gym that's open 24/7. Super clean! Has everything one could need and even a few things you don't! If you went there before, you need to comeback and see how much they added. “Nothing but great things to say about this gym! Wide range of equipment, tons of fitness classes at multiple times throughout the day and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. I also bought 10 personal training sessions to get a bit of help with my form & get some helpful tips on what I should be doing to reach my goals. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to prioritize my safety and form during each session, while also providing me with all the tools that I needed to be confident & independent in the gym once I ran out of sessions with him. He worked around my tight schedule meeting me by 6AM every morning. In the course of one month I have lost 6lbs and feel significantly stronger than I did at the start of our training. I can’t recommend him & this gym enough!“
