After we decided to replace the system, Richard was kind enough to come back to our home and walk through everything with my husband, carefully explaining the installation process for the new full-size HVAC system. We also chose to add a mini-split unit in our basement, and once again, every option was discussed in detail so we could make the best decision for our home.

The installation crew was outstanding—courteous, respectful of our property, hardworking, and professional. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up every speck of debris before leaving.

I purchased an Amana heat pump a little over a year ago. Yesterday the unit quit working. Was told it was the BEST, when purchased! The repairman came out, turned off the inside and outside units and turned them back on; said the two computers quit communicating possibly because of a possible power outage. The problem solved at a cost of $127 for a unit under warranty and under a service contract. If these units quit communicating because of a power outage, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED, as we experience outages frequently in the country! I AM NOT HAPPY! Obviously, Amana needs to update their software to prevent such occurrences.“

“My experience with this company has been amazing. A couple years ago I had a freon leak. The first company I had look at it recommended buying a completely new system. After that, I called Center Heating & AC, who came out and identified the problem within a few seconds (followed by some testing to ensure there wasn't anything else causing issues). They had me back up and running in no time. The staff answering the phones were very helpful making sure I was as informed as I could be and the technician was extremely experienced. Recently, I had a different issue after a power outage knocked my air handler offline and had to hunt down which company I used. I wanted to make sure I had the same company come out again.
